Event Disclaimer and Terms of Participation

By attending the San Francisco NYE 2025: OGs & LPs at Shotwells Speakeasy event (the "Event"), regardless of registration status, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Respectful Conduct:
 

Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards all participants, including guests, organizers, volunteers, partners, sponsors, and venue staff.

Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Event without refund.

Responsible Consumption
 

If consuming alcohol or cannabis products, you agree to do so responsibly and in accordance with local laws and regulations.

Attendees must be of legal age to consume alcohol or cannabis products and may be required to provide valid identification

Overconsumption leading to disruptive behavior may result in removal from the Event without refund.

Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability:
 

Participation in the Event is voluntary, and attendees assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, or property damage.

Attendees agree not to hold the Event organizers, volunteers, partners, sponsors, venue management, or VersCa/Queuebee App liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or as a result of the Event.

This release extends to all claims, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, arising out of participation in the Event.

Indemnification:
 

Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Event organizers, volunteers, partners, sponsors, venue management, and VersCa/Queuebee App from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their actions or omissions during the Event.

Data Collection and Use:
 

By attending the Event, you consent to the collection of your personal data, including but not limited to name and contact information.

This data becomes the property of VersCa/Queuebee App and may be used for promotional purposes, including sending emails about future events, services, or promotions.

If you wish to opt out of receiving promotional communications, you may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions provided in the emails.

Media Release:
 

The Event may be recorded or photographed for promotional purposes.

By attending, you grant the organizers and their affiliates the right to use any images, videos, or likenesses of you captured during the Event for marketing, advertising, or other related purposes without compensation.

Governing Law:
 

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the Event is held.

Any disputes arising from participation in the Event shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of that state.

By attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from attending the Event.
